Anti-ZNF537 PAb ALEXA FLUOR 488
This is a highly specific antibody against ZNF537.
ZNF537 Polyclonal Antibody, ALEXA FLUOR 488 Conjugated
teashirt homolog 3; Zinc finger protein 537; TSHZ3; TSH3; ZNF537; TSH3_HUMAN.
Due to limited amount of testing and knowledge, not every possible cross-reactivity is known.
This antibody was obtained by immunization of the host with KLH conjugated synthetic peptide derived from human TSHZ3/ZNF537
Store this antibody in aqueous buffered solution containing 1% BSA, 50% glycerol and 0.09% sodium azide. Keep refrigerated at 2 to 8 degrees Celcius for up to one year.
For facs or microscopy Alexa 1 conjugate.Alexa Fluor 488 has the same range to that of fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), yet the Anti-ZNF537 has a very high photo stability. As a result of this photo stability, it has turned into an antibody for fluorescent microscopy and FACS FLOW cytometry. It is distinguished in the FL1 of a FACS-Calibur or FACScan. Also Alexa Fluor 488 is pH stable. If you buy Antibodies supplied by Bioss Primary Conjugated Antibodies. ALEXA FLUOR they should be stored frozen at - 24°C for long term storage and for short term at + 5°C.
The homeobox DNA-binding domain is a 60 amino acid motif that is conserved among many species and functions to bind DNA via a helix-turn-helix structure, thereby playing a role in transcriptional regulation and the control of gene expression. TSHZ3 (teashirt zinc finger homeobox 3), also known as KIAA1474, TSH3 or ZNF537, is a 1,081 amino acid protein that contains one homeobox DNA-binding domain and five C2H2-type zinc fingers. Localized to the nucleus, TSHZ3 functions as a transcriptional regulator that is involved in developmental processes throughout the body. The gene encoding TSHZ3 maps to human chromosome 19, which consists of over 63 million bases, houses approximately 1,400 genes and is recognized for having the greatest gene density of the human chromosomes.
